"Social care in North East Lincolnshire is a top priority. We have elderly people and others who have worked hard all their lives struggling to look
after themselves - it's not fair and it doesn't have to be like this.

"Social care is something that will affect all of us one day. Councils have lost 60p in every pound since 2010 and they cannot cope with the
pressures they are under.

"Social care should be taken from local authorities, as has been done successfully in Germany."

Roy Horobin is calling on North East Lincolnshire Council to be proactive and tell the Conservative Government to GET SOCIAL CARE DONE by
funding it in the same way as the NHS.

This view has cross-party support. So North East Lincolnshire Council needs to lobby through our MP's, and any other channels available to them to get a system which is fair for everyone.

Roy Horobin and North East Lincolnshire Liberal Democrats want to hear your stories of social care in North East Lincolnshire.
